Gam River is definitely one of the must-see sites in the northern mountainous region of Vietnam as it leads visitors to a world of natural and magnificent wonders.

The imposing river winds its way from Bac Me District of Vietnam’s northernmost province of Ha Giang through forests and limestone mountains to Na Hang District in Tuyen Quang Province.
On misty days in autumn, visitors may find an Eden in and along Gam River as the calm water surface of the river mirrors the shapes limestone mountains and old trees. The picturesque scenes along the river are also original cottages of ethnic minority groups which dot terraced paddy and corn fields.
Package tours to the mountainous areas of northern Vietnam including a boat cruise to Gam River can be booked at travel agencies in Hanoi and other cities in northern Vietnam.
