Van Don District publicized the planned eco-tourist Centre of Van Canh

On December 2, Van Don district's People's Committee in coordination with Ha Noi General Import-Export Company publicized the detailed planning of the construction of Van Canh island eco-tourist Centre's fuctional zone rating 1 / 500.

The Center's Functional zone in Ngoc Vung island commune, Van Don district has a total area of ​​181 ha, including Resorts, 5-star hotels, the areas of general services , horse camping, central restaurants, helicopter parks, train stations, ecosystem markets, sports and conference centres...

In his speech, the leaders of Van Don district emphasized that this was an important project with full services and functional areas, for high quality eco-tourist development in the chain of the resort system approved by the Prime Minister.

Therefore, Van Don district wanted the investor to take next steps of the project to rapidly put the project into effective construction, operation.

Van Don district's leadership commitment was that it would create all favorable conditions for investors in public planning, site clearance, administrative sanctions, coercive demolition of illegally constructed works within the boundaries of the range planned.

Representatives of the investors, Ha Noi General Import-Export Company also pledged to quickly deploy and approve the construction, design documents, the technical infrastructure, complete procedures for investment certificates for future implementation.
