In the period from April to July 2012, the survey field investigation team of the VACNE was considered Phia Oac Conservation Area, Nguyen Binh District, Cao Bang province.

The team of seven people lead by Prof. Dr. Dang Huy Huynh , VACNE Vice Chairman.

About 350 km from Hanoi, Phia Oac was the first thousand years realms scene, where he formerly imported from consciousness to natural conception. Preliminary results show that this area has rich biodiversity, typical for limestone ecosystems, diverse climate. Discovered nearly 30 species and 15 rare plant species, endemic in the Red Book. The sampling sites, taking pictures and information are located, to maps.

The team was wamly received by Mr. Nong Hong Thai former Secretary of Cao Bang province and many leaders of relevant departments of Cao Bang province, expressed appreciation and expectations on the outcome of the thread.
