Organizational consolidation for VACNE

To implement the Resolution by the Fifth Congress of VACNE, the Standing Committee of VACNE has promptly held a meeting to discuss about setting up professional boards. On January 13th, 2009, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh, Chairman of VACNE signed a decision to set up professional boards as follows:
