Photo Reportage: Launch ceremony of environmental cycling for Vietnam - Lao Friendship.

A Vietnam-Laos friendship bicycle tour was launched in Hanoi on July 29 by Vietnam Association for the Conservation of Nature and Environment (VACNE) and the Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia Association for Economic Cooperation Development (VILACAED) to promote bilateral cooperation in investment and environment protection.
