VACNE President received lecturer of Shizuoka University, Japan

(VACNE) - On 15/05/2015, VACNE President and some VACNE experts received Dr. Toshihiko SHINE, lecturer at the National University Corporation Shizuoka University, Japan to learn about the Law biodiversity and collaboration capabilities in protecting and developing of medicinal plants in Vietnam.
This is the 2nd Japan specialist looking for VACNE recently, to learn the official regulations as well as the management and the right to access genetic resources in Vietnam.
President Nguyen Ngoc Sinh and Dr. Tran Cong Khanh, Director of the Research Center for developing of Viet Nam traditional medicinal plants warmly welcomed, and rated very highly the attention of Dr. Toshihiko SHINE.
VACNE President noted that the VACNE scientists were directly contribute to the Biodiversity Law, deploy multiple the contents of related research.
Dr. Toshihiko SHINE expressed his pleasure and desire to meet again and discuss with VACNE leaders when he returned to Vietnam in late May 7/2015.
