At the top of the list in this review is An Giang province (35 trees), and these Song Dầu trees are also a new plant species that made it to the list of Vietnam's Heritage Trees. Following that is Vĩnh Long province (5 trees) and the remaining localities (each with only 2 trees) recognized as Vietnam's Heritage Trees.

All 5 heritage trees of Vinh Long province in this assessment are ancient trees from the old Ben Tre province. The two heritage trees of Vietnam this time in Hanoi are both ancient trees located in the grounds of Phu My Temple, Chuong Duong commune. They are the nearly 200-year-old Silk Cotton Tree and the over 200-year-old Jackfruit Tree..

In particular, both ancient trees of Ha Tinh province that the Council agreed to recognize as Vietnamese Heritage Trees this time are 2 Dó Bầu trees over 200 years old located in the courtyard of Khoai Vạc temple, village 6, Huong Pho commune, with a trunk circumference of more than 3 meters and a height of nearly 30 meters.
