On December 3, 2011, a workshop summarizing the project "Development of an ecological and community tourism model in Ba Vi District of Hanoi" was held at Ba Vi National Park. VACNE President Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh together with Vice-Chairman of Ba Vi District People's Committee Mr. Bach Cong Tien and Asia Fund representative Ms. To Kim Lien presided the workshop.

Prof. Dang Kim Chi, the President of VACNE's (Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment) Scientific Committee, Ass. All Vietnamese enterprises wish to access GCT to apply technology and equipment innovation for cleaner production. This was expressed by all directors and representatives of enterprises participating in the workshop organized on November 3, 2011 by Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Enviroment (VACNE) in collaboration with the Vietnam Cleaner Production Center (VCPC) and the Green Credit Trust Fund (GCT - Switzerland) in Hanoi.
