Gia Lai approves over 201-hectare smart eco-urban mega project

23 July 2025 | 06:34:00 AM

Authorities in Gia Lai Province have approved an investment policy for a modern smart eco-urban mega project spanning over 201 hectares, with a total investment of approximately USD 676 million.

On July 22, the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee issued a decision approving the investment in the CK54 Urban Area project, to be located in Pleiku Ward.

The development is planned to include 60 detached villas, 826 semi-detached villas, 84 golf-course villas, 598 terraced and social housing units, along with commercial, tourism, and leisure facilities such as hotels, restaurants, a convention and exhibition center, a shopping village, and a golf course.

Once the land is allocated, the project is expected to be implemented over a 60-month period, divided into two phases.

The investor will be required to complete construction of the golf course within 36 months of the land lease approval.

With this project, Gia Lai aims to establish a model smart ecological city with modern infrastructure and multifunctional urban space. The province envisions the project as a public-oriented urban hub that offers high-quality living, tourism, and wellness services to residents and visitors.
