(VACNE) - In the evening of 18/11/2023, at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square (Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi city), the Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment (VACNE) in collaboration with related units organized the Green Living Gala. This event is part of the series of activities of the Program "For the National Green Environment 2023".
The program "For the National Green Environment" was first organized in 2012. Over 11 years of organization, the program has received the response of many localities across the country and the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, promoting the role of raising awareness for the community about the sense of environmental protection responsibility, acting as a bridge connecting businesses to join hands to protect the environment, responding to climate change and preserving biodiversity.
Attending the Green Living Gala there were Prof. TSKH, ASEAN Diversity Hero Dang Huy Huynh, Vice Chairman of VACNE, Prof. TS.NGND. Tran Hieu Nhue, Vice President of VACNE, Dr. Tran Van Mieu, Head of the Organizing Committee of the National Green Environment Program 2023, with a large number of press agencies and thousands of spectators. In particular, the Green Living Gala with the participation and performance of Miss Vietnam 2020 Do Thi Ha, actress Thanh Huong and singer Will are the companions to spread the media for the National Green Environment.
At the Green Living Gala, designer Yen Ngo and designer Pham Gia Hung brought the "Green Living" collection made entirely from recycled and eco-friendly materials performed by child models.
Sharing at the Gala, Miss Vietnam 2020 Do Thi Ha, "Goodwill Ambassador" of the program "For the National Green Environment 2023" shared: Each individual can reduce the burden on nature by economically using resources in daily life; build a habit of reusing, limiting single-use plastic...
Also at the Green Living Gala, the Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment awarded Certificates of Merit and certificates to collectives and individuals actively participating in and accompanying the Program "For the National Green Environment 2023.
