In the morning of 13/7/2010 Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment (VACNE) and Ha Noi Union for Scientific and Technology Association (HUSTA)have organized Closing ceremony of the contest "Community conservative environment of To Lich river". Dr. Nguyen Van Lang, Vice-Minister of Ministry Scientific and Technology attended and granted award.
