More than $5b needed for city drainage system

The capital city plans to spend more than VND116 trillion (US$5.5 billion) for upgrading its urban drainage system in a massive project set to be completed in 2030, according to Nguyen Van Khoi, Deputy Chairman of Ha Noi People's Committee.
