Ministry of Home Affairs approves Regulation of VACNE
On January 23, 2009, according to the proposal from Chairman of VACNE and Head of Non-governmental Department (Ministry of Home Affairs), Vice-minister of Home Affairs Tran Huu Thang signed Decision no. 114/QĐ-BNV to approve the amended Regulation of VACNE passed by the 5th Congress on November 26, 2008.
This Regulation includes 7 chapters, 25 articles with validity from signing date. For the full text in Vietnamese, please see Introduction.
