Dioxin treatment in Da Nang is quite good but it is necessary to integrate and select some appropriate technologies at Bien Hoa airport.

(VACNE) - This is the opinion of the experts of Vietnam Association of Environmental Protection and Environment at the seminar "results of application of dioxin treatment technology in Danang airport" took place today in Hanoi.

This is a scientific workshop to evaluate the results and share information on the treatment of dioxin in thermal technology by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) from late 2011 to August 2017 in Da Nang airport left by America after the Vietnam War.

It is said that the success of the project "Dealing with dioxin contaminated environment at Danang airport" is the main premise of the project. The two countries continue to work to overcome the aftermath of Agent Orange at other hotspots in Vietnam, especially the Bien Hoa Airport (Dong Nai). IPTD technology is well-chosen, but too expensive and reveals some disadvantages, causing a number of potential complaints. Therefore, the development of dioxin treatment remains in the grave near the residential area and near the source of water supply for Ho Chi Minh City as Bien Hoa airport must continue to discuss further. Such technology must ensure thorough treatment, ensuring absolute safety for the environment and people; appropriate and technology transfer to the Vietnamese side; At the same time, there must be appropriate expenses of the US side as well as Vietnam's reciprocal capital. In particular, it is advisable to integrate technologies into areas with different concentrations in Vietnam.
