Determine to overcome the pandemic with more concrete and creative actions

(VACNE) - This is the spirit of the 2021 Summary Conference of the Executive Committee of the VACNE, which took place on December 8, 2021, both in person and online, with a large number of delegates from all regions of the country.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh, President of the VACNE said that, 2021 is the pivotal year of the 2018-2023 term, strongly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, many activities have been disturbed, the difficulty is much more complicated. But the Association still quickly adapted to the situation, still basically completed the tasks and plans set out.
 

The performance results of VACNE in the past year are very large, very clear and important; have a positive impact in the cause of environmental protection and sustainable development. These activities are not only recognized by the State agencies, but also by the community throughout the country and some international organizations.


Most of the members of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of VACNE are present directly at the Association's Office and at the bridgeheads: Cao Bang, Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh
City, Hai Phong, Quang Ngai, Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Dak Lak, ... all attended this conference speaking with an optimistic and excited mood. Everyone expressed agreement with the Final Report, approved the election of 7 new members to the Executive Committee and the establishment of 2 new units.
