28 October 2011 | 09:57:00 AM

Vinaconex-ITC on October 25 has picked Knight Frank and CBRE as the sales representatives for Fantasia high-class resort villas, the second part of under construction Cat Ba Amatina Resort Complex project.

As one part of the second phase of $1 billion Cat Ba Amatina complex with international standards, the Fantasia high-class resort villas included 63 plots with areas ranging from 360-936 square metres.
The average price for each villa ranged from VND4 to 11 billion ($193,000 to $530,000).
The villas were expected to be handed over to customers by the end of 2012.
“Fantasia villas are known as cord of Cat Ba Amatina project - which is considered a good perspective of the feng shui space with a quiet resort, nice view and always the most bring inspiration with overflowing energy and powerful people,” said Tran Ngoc Quang, general director of Vinaconex-ITC.
According to Ross Lightfoot, Hanoi’s Knight Frank Vietnam director, Fantasia was ideal for people who want to find luxury living standards.
Richard Leech, executive director of CB Richard Ellis Vietnam, said that Cat Ba Amatina was a rare opportunity for investors to own a house located at the heart of a world heritage site.
“This is a big scale project located in one of the best destination of Vietnam and not too far from Hanoi. The prestige of Vinaconex will also be another reason for the project to succeed,” Leech said.
Cat Ba Amatina is a complex consisting of seven resorts divided into five areas with around 800 villas, three boat stations, one international conference centre, international services, sport and entertainment centre and up to seven, five-star hotels.
