1. Handing over the research results of the topic "Hai Tien Tourism -Environmentally Friendly"

On January 10, the Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment in collaboration with the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district (Thanh Hoa) held a handover ceremony on the research results of the topic "Hai Tien Tourism -Environmentally Friendly". This is a research project in the form of association and cooperation between the two sides.

2. Launching emulation to celebrate the 35th anniversary of establishment and the Eighth Congress

According to the Office of the Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment, immediately after the launch, the office of the Association received more than 50 emulation registrations with many different contents from affiliated units and member associations.

3. Book launch "Pride of 35 years of VACNE"

On March 15, the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Nature and Environment held a book launching ceremony "Proud of 35 years of VACNE". 5. The 2nd Central Executive Committee Conference in 2023

On July 12, the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Nature and Environment held an expanded Central Executive Committee Conference to discuss a number of issues related to the Association's activities, and at the same time agree on many important contents. important; Approving the Conference Resolution and Draft Report at the 8th Congress (term 2023-2028).

6. The 8th Congress and the 35th anniversary of VACNE founding

After many months of preparation, on the morning of November 26 in Hanoi, the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Nature and Environment solemnly held the 8th National Congress (term 2023-2028) and celebrated its 35th anniversary. Established Association (November 26, 1988-November 26, 2023).  At the congress, delegates listened to reports on activities during the 2018-2023 term along with many reports and presentations from member agencies and units, and listened to presentations of key directions and tasks in the new term. 7. Summary of the National Green Environment Program 2023

On the evening of November 18, at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square (Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi), the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Nature and Environment in coordination with relevant units organized a Gala to summarize the Program for the Environment. 8. Launching the book "Developing circular economy in Vietnam"

On the morning of November 17, 2023, the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Nature and Environment organized the launch of the book "Developing circular economy in Vietnam". The book is 16x24 cm in size, 576 pages, including 7 Chapters. The book is considered a 'research work', compiled by a group of leading industry experts, scientists of the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Nature and Environment, and leaders of the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Nature and Environment as Editor. 

9. The ancient tree population in Binh Phuoc is recognized as a Vietnamese Heritage Tree

The population of 162 ancient trees in sub-zone 379, Dong Phu district (Binh Phuoc) is recognized as a Heritage Tree population of Vietnam. Accordingly, on the morning of December 9, at sub-area 379 of Ma Da forest (Tan Hoa commune), Dong Phu district People's Committee held a ceremony to recognize the population of 162 Vietnamese Heritage Trees.

10. International workshop "Environmental impact assessment and conflict management"

December 19 in City. Da Lat (Lam Dong province), the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Nature and Environment in collaboration with the Korean Association for Environmental Impact Assessment organized the Workshop "Impact Assessment and Conflict Management". Nearly 10 reports related to environmental impact assessment were presented by experts and scientists, which clearly stated the urgency of quickly accessing and updating legal regulations on conflict management. under conditions where environmental laws are continuously being improved.
