“Make the world cleaner” campaign launched

 The National Steering Board of the 2009 “Make the world cleaner” campaign has agreed on specific events and plans for this year.
The main activities, including planting trees, carrying out plans to restore the environment, recycling materials and fuels and protecting water sources, will take place in the northern province of Phu Tho. The launch ceremony and a seminar on the community joining the campaign to protect environment will be held in Viet Tri City.
The media will disseminate information about how to deal with natural disasters, protect the environment and how to prevent climate change.
