Thien Park new urban area launched

Tan Hai Doanh has launched products in the first phase of the Thien Park new urban area in Danang’s Lien Chieu district.




The asking prices of the 600 land plots used for develop townhouses ranged from VND 4.5-7 million ($217-$338) per square metre with 100 plots sold.
Covering 100 hectares in Hoa Hai ward, the $77million Thien Park new urban area lies along Cu De River and is next to Golden Hill and Ecorio new urban area.
After completion in 2013 the township, which is designed by the American architecture firm WATG Design, will provide 500 villas, 1,500 townhouses and three apartment buildings with European style.
Tan Cuong Thanh Electrical Wires and Cables Corporation, the mother company of Tan Hai Doanh JSC, the developer of the Thien Park new urban area announced that it has just signed a cooperation agreement with Japanese-backed Asia Star Consulting Group, a real estate, finance and high tech consultant company.
Truong Tu Minh, chairman of Tan Cuong Thanh Corporation, said the consultant company would cooperate with Tan Cuong Thanh in developing and trading Thien Park new urban area’s villas expected to be completed in 2012.
Besides that Asia Star Consulting Group will also help the developer to call for more investment from Japanese investors into other developments in Danang.
Established in 1998, Tan Cuong Thanh Electrical Wires and Cables Corporation is one of the leading companies producing and trading electric wires, cables and spare parts of all kinds. The corporation also is developer of the 15ha Lien Chieu new urban area in the same Danang’s Lien Chieu district.
