Dr. Nguyen Cong Thuan, Member of the Executive Committee of the VACNE; Dr. Pham Van Luan, Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture, Heritage Tree Expert; Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Ben Tre City Party Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the delegation, Delegation of the National Assembly of Ben Tre province, representatives of leaders of departments, branches, mass organizations of Ben Tre province and city and more than 200 representatives of people from communes, wards and communes of Phu Nhuan.
