Camp ended with the great experience of young people from different regions, different cultures, but work together to build up ideas to help local people in sustainable development.
International volunteer camp is an annual activity of the organization Volunteers for community development and environmental education.
In the summer of 2012, international volunteer camp with the theme "Innovation for the community and the steps to build social enterprise", with the participation of many young members from different regions across the country and countries around the world such as France, United Kingdom, Poland, Switzerland, the United States ... The program was designed by the creative and capacity building professionals from project STEPs4NGOs (in the World Youth program of the European Commission), the Social Enterprise Development Centre light - SPARK and World Agriculture Organization.
The first component of the program begins with training sessions by experts, includes the topics:
- · What is social enterprise?
- · The initialization step business plan for the community:
- · instructions for use framework to writte Project
- · Construction projects based on business logic framework
- · Field research methods based on the sustainable livelihoods framework
In addition to the knowledge of the method of construction of community projects, social enterprise development as above, the other members are trained on the value of life, helping them to help each individual to discover again and Development 12 individual's fundamental values such as: Cooperation, Freedom, Happiness, Honesty, Humility, Love, Peace, Respect, Responsibility, simple, Tolerance and Solidarity.

The second component of the program takes place immediately after the members are fully equipped with the knowledge from the developer community. Program organization sending members to study at village Ban Ba, commune Trung Ha, district Chiem Hoa and minority ethnic communities surrounding ecotourism resorts Na Hang, Tuyen Quang province, to find out the source of capital of local people.

The members divided into groups based survey on sustainable livelihoods framework, and solve two problems:
-Why local communities living in the area that nature has bestowed a rich natural landscape and environment so beautiful and still poor?
-How to increase the household economy for local communities towards sustainable development
The third component. Members after collecting all information "material" for the project, they have lively discussions as a team to provide solutions in a creative way and presented the project team with all members summer camps and community development professionals.
End of the program, the organizers have decided to choose two most feasible projects to help implement the technical assistance and financial organizations
