National strategy on climate change promoted

The Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment will promote adaptation to climate change in the Mekong Delta, the central coastal and northern mountainous regions.




The Ministry has proposed 10 solution groups in line with the Paris Accord to increase compliance with international monitoring.

The Ministry’s Climate Change Administrator, Tang The Cuong spoke at the event in Hanoi on Wednesday, “Provinces have designed and finetuned their plans of actions to cope with climate change. 50 provinces have completed their plans and contributed to the enforcement of the Paris Accord and better adapt themselves to climate change.”

ADB finances climate resilience infrastructure...
