06 May 2011 | 05:31:00 AM

(VietNamNet Bridge)-Miss Vietnam 2010, Dang Thi Ngoc Han and 1,000 students, veterans and elder people in the ancient capital city of Hue joined the walk for the environment, in the morning of May 1, in Hue city.

After signing for the environment, Miss Vietnam 2010 and other beauties walked for five kilometers around the Hue royal citadel.

“I’m very glad to join Hue residents in this walk to call for the people to protect our green planet,” the beauty queen said.

The walk was part of the fourth Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2011. Ngoc Han was a special guest of the festival, which ran from April 30 through May 3.
