Expanding people cooperation in the field of environmental protection between Vietnam and China

(VACNE) - On 21/8/2015, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh - VACNE President , with the VACNE leaders has received the delegation of Environmental Protection Association of Guangxi (China) lead by Deputy Secretary General Hoàng Phó Bình, to find out and establish partnerships for environmental protection.

This is the first NGO from China visited VACNE to learn about the environmental activities of VACNE and officially establish exchanges and cooperation for environmental protection, contributing to boosting to promoting friendly relationships between Peoples of the two countries.
Deputy Secretary General Hoàng Phó Bình expressed his pleasure to be directly visit, establish relations with the VACNE and said that this is an opportunity for both sides to discuss and come to agree on specific issues in text memorandum, the two sides have exchanged via dispatch.
Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh highly appreciated the attention of the Chinese environmental activists; active cooperation with the VACNE in the expertise field of Guangxi Environmental Protection Association. He said, the two sides can cooperate in study environmental protection for watersheds and sea borders; protection of rare animal species in contiguous zone of 2 countries; Rural Environmental Protection; species prevention of invasive alien. In addition, the two sides can jointly organize workshops and exhibitions on the theme of environmental protection; while sponsorship and facilitate businesses to signe an agreements for technology transfering and saling of environmentally friendly equipment ... in accordance with the law of the two countries. These are not the only activities in accordance with the ability of the two Associations, practical environmental protection, towards the goal of sustainable development of each countries, but it also has significance in contributing to strengthening friendship between peoples of the two countries Vietnam and China.
Deputy Secretary General Hoàng Phó Bình expressed agreement with the comments of VACNE President and promised to make maximum efforts so the environment enterprises of Guangxi have the opportunity to participate in exhibitions in Hanoi in late May 9/2015.
