The program also aims to enhance the value of products and technologies friendly to the environment, create favorable opportunities for the exchange of products between the two countries, and to work together to promote the introduction of products into the international market; promote enterprises more active in the creation of  environment-friendly products and technology

The technology or products sent to participate in the program must meet the following criteria:

- As technology products being manufactured, applied in enterprises; at the same time as the advanced technology, energy saving, environmentally friendly.

- As the products manufactured or recycled in the enterprise to achieve ISO 14000 or ISO 9001 and standards of the product (or technology) environmental friendliness of Vietnam or Korea.

Businesses whose products / technology involved in the program must be voluntary registered and submitted an application necessary (in the form of the Organizing Committee), in Vietnam should be sent to one of these addresses:

 - Company GE, No. 3f, Tuoi Tre lane, Hoang Quoc Vietnam Str., Hanoi;

- Office of VACNE, Room 901, Trade Union Hotel, 14 Tran Binh Trong, Hanoi.
