(VACNE) – On September 19, 2020, VACNE's Heritage Tree Council met and recognized 21 trees, out of a total of 46 old trees in the records of the provinces: Hai Duong, Cao Bang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai and the city. Hai Phong has just sent back, qualified Vietnam Heritage Tree, bringing the number of Vietnam Heritage Trees in our country has reached 4,018 trees.

(VACNE: 4/12/2017) - Under the mandate of the Minister of Natural Resources and the Environment (MONRE), Vice Minister Vo Tuan Nhan has sent a letter to the Ministry of Environment of Korea calling for support for the Vietnam-Korea Program of Voting, Recognition products and and Technologies (ENVI-PRO & TECH) organized by the VACNE in collaboration with the Korea Human and Environment Forum (HEF).

VACNE, 4/12/2017) - The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) has sent an official letter No. 6406 / BTNMT-HTQT to the VACNE, informed about the support for cooperation between the VACNE and the Korean partners, together with a letter to the Ministry of Environment of Korea (in English) callng for support for cooperation between VACNE and HEF in organizing the International Program of Selection and Recognition of environmentally friendly products and technology (ENVI-PRO & TECH).

ADB finances climate resilience infrastructure...

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved a $60 million financing package to improve the climate resilience of transport and water supply infrastructure in Vietnam’s south-central coastal provinces of Binh Dinh and Quang Nam, especially in remote upland districts with large ethnic minority communities.
