On March 10, 2024, the government and people of Tan Tien commune, Vinh Tuong district, Vinh Phuc province solemnly held a ceremony to announce the decision and attach a Vietnamese Heritage Tree beer to the more than 700-year-old Ruoi tree in Thuong Lat village

Tham dự buổi lễ long trọng này có các ông Lê Chí Thái, Huyện uỷ viên Huyện Vĩnh Tường; Ông Bùi Văn Hưng, Phó Chủ tịch xã Tân Tiến; oong Vũ Văn Loan, Phó Chủ tịch UBND xã; Ông Lê Văn Hoà, Bí thư Đảng uỷ, Chủ tịch HĐND xã Tân Tiến; Mr. Nguyen Duc Hau, Standing Party Committee of Tan Tien commune and delegates of departments, specialized agencies of Vinh Tuong district; leaders of Tan Tien commune, some neighboring communes, newspaper reporters, Vinh Phuc Provincial Radio and Television, Vinh Tuong District Sports Information and Culture Center and many relatives in the region.

Attending this solemn ceremony were Mr. Le Chi Thai, District Commissioner of Vinh Tuong District; Mr. Bui Van Hung, Vice Chairman of Tan Tien Commune; Mr. Vu Van Loan, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee; Mr. Le Van Hoa, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Tan Tien Commune;

GS. TSKH. Dang Huy Huynh, Chairman of the Vietnam Heritage Tree Council and Mr. Pham Van Son, Secretary General of the Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment awarded the diploma and announced the decision to recognize the Vietnam Heritage Tree to local representatives.
