(VACNE) - On March 17, 1818, in the city of Cao Bang, VACNE held the 8 Year Anniversary meeting of Vietnam Heritage Tree Conservation Event
Attending the ceremony there were Mr. Nong Thanh Tung, Vice Chairman of Cao Bang People's Council, Mr. Le Duy Tien, Deputy Secretary General of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh, VACNE Presient, Prof. Dr. Dang Huy Huynh, ASEAN Biodiversity Hero, President of Vietnam Heritage Tree Council, representatives of many departments of Home Affairs, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Union of Science and Technology Associations, ... Cao Bang and representatives of Association for Nature and Environment Protection of Phu Tho province, Hai Phong city, Central Highlands.

Mr. Nong Thanh Tung, Chairman of the People's Council of Cao Bang Province, on behalf of the provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to Cao Bang People's Committee for collectives and individuals of VACNE
Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh, President of VACNE and Dr. Prof. Dang Huy Huynh, Chairman of the Heritage Tree Council presented certificates of merit to 5 collectives (Cao Bang, Phu Tho, Hai Phong, Quang Ngai and Dak Lak) and 4 individuals Conservation of Vietnamese Heritage Trees in the last 8 years
