This is one of the foreign  experts of  technical cooperation with Vietnam's forestry brach, but very interested in Conservation of  Vietnam Heritage Tree event  initiated by VACNE . He has repeatedly together with Vietnam experts, to diagnose and propose solutions to restore health to the Heritage Trees in Thuy Khue Voi Phuc Temple (Ha Noi), Phu Tho province,  after being named by VACNE as Vietnam Heritage trees.

VACNE President and members of Viet Nam Heritage Tree Council expressed appreciation for the emotion,  Dr. Paul Barber has spent for the Council in recent years, as well as cooperation and supporting for protection and care of Vietnam Heritage trees .

Initially, two parties agree to share information, release a number of documents to support people in  pest prevention solutions and rehabilitation for ancient trees and also compiled and publishing book  on Vietnam Heritage Trees (in Vietnamese and foreign language) to promote the event widely across the country and around the world. /.
