Conference to review the 3-year of event "Vietnam Heritage Trees Conservation"

Must have a Mechanism to preserve heritage trees - This is the aspiration of almost 200 scientists and community representatives, local authorities from nearly 30 provinces and cities, at the meeting of three years of events preserved Vietnam heritage trees , by Vietnam Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment (VACNE) in collaboration with the Vietnam Union of Scientific & technology (VUSTA) and Tay Ho District People's Committee held on 12.10.2012 in Hanoi.





Opening ceremony and delivered a speech summarizing the meeting, Dr. Pham Van Tan, Deputy Chairman, Secretary General of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology expressed thanks and appreciation initiative of VACNE and the Tay Ho District People's Committee,   Hanoi - community where there is movement detection and protection of the Vietnam Heritage trees best in the country.

Secretary General of VUSTA said that the success of this conference is clearly: there are lots of rich content, with numerous representatives of branches, the social class, the unions and local participation; is the leader Tay Ho district Hanoi interested.


Dr. Pham Van Tan emphasized, the authorities of the State to create a legal framework and issued specific rules, the Heritage tree conservation movement developed; simultaneously suggest the conservation of the Vietnam Heritage Trees sustainability, throughmodes of tourism, cultural and historical activities, spiritual ...

of Tay Ho District announces  welcome speech


Speaking Welcome speech, Ms. Le Thi Thao, Vice President  of People's Committee of Tay Ho District  (Hanoi) said: Event "Conservation Vietnam Heritage  Trees" launched by VACNE is very practical for lifepeople, protect the ecological environment. Only in a very short time has spread widely in the community and become a new cultural activities in the community awareness of environmental protection and nature, including the people and officials of Tay Ho District , Hanoi.

Behalf VACNE and Vietnam Heritage Tree Council, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh expressed thanks for the support of the community's leaders and all levels of government, local organizations for this event; dividedshared with the feelings and aspirations of the people; same time promised to try to do their best to fulfill their assigned responsibilities.  Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh also announced the good news: the draft publication "Vietnamese Heritage Tree" compiled by VACNE has been basically completed, be VUSTA support in and read your eyes on a recent day.
