Media contributes to the success of the international workshop "The effects of pollution on biodiversity and human health"
(VACNE) - On March 21, 2022, the Organizing Committee of the International workshop "The Effects of Environmental Pollution on Biodiversity and Human Health" had a meeting, chaired by Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh - VACNE President
The Organizing Committee assesses that, the workshop was a great success, highly appreciated by the UK partners, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, socio-professional organizations, domestic mass media agencies. The success of the Conference proves VACNE's social prestige in the country and internationally.
The Organizing Committee think that the success of the international workshop "Effects of environmental pollution on biodiversity and human health" is due to many factors, including the communication work before, during and after the Workshop.
From the beginning of March to March 20, 2022 (end of the workshop), on the mass media (Vietnam News Agency, Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam Radio, New Hanoi Newspaper, Hanoi Television and Radio…) and information and communication units under the Association (E-Journal of Nature and Environment, VACNE Website and Environmental News) had 30 news articles and posts about the workshop (average 1.5 articles/day), attracting thousands of visitors.
VACNE Environmental Communication board thanks the leadership of the Association for the direction and timely cooperation in publishing articles about the international workshop of the mass media and the media units of VACNE; looking forward to receiving closer and more effective cooperation in the future.
