Most of the participants in the seminar spoke, contributed specific opinions and pointed out many shortcomings in policies and management in the country over the years in this field. Especially the very general regulations on environmental protection policies, including domestic solid waste, people's right to access specific information and justice, the price of waste treatment services of each region... Therefore, it is difficult to mobilize the strength of communities and businesses in collecting, transporting and treating domestic solid waste.
