Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment of Hai Phong City organizes Congress

Association for Conservation of Nature and Environment of Hai Phong City (Hai Phong ACNE) held The 3rd Congress on February 12, 2009 in Hai Phong.
To be present at the ceremony there were 80 delegates including executives, invited guests, representatives from various agencies and membership. Mr. Hoang Van Ke – Vice chairman of the People’s Committee of Hai Phong City, and Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Sinh – Chairman of VACNE also attended the Congress. At the Congress, Mr. Ke and Dr. Sinh highly appreciated the activities of Hai Phong ACNE and encouraged them to continue upholding their achievements. To encourage and acknowledge the contributions from Hai Phong ACNE, Hai Phong People’s Committee and VACNE have already offered Certificates of Merit for 4 collective units and 7 individuals with excellent achievements.
The Congress were greatly successful in a comfortable atmosphere, where 37 members were elected into the 3rd Term Executive Board, and Dr. Dao Viet Tac were elected to remain as Chairman of Hai Phong ACNE.
