Accordingly, the magazine has a total of 26 full-time staff, working at the main office in Hanoi and 2 regional representative offices (Thanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City), along with 13 collaborators in various localities. Thanks to this, over the past 6 months, the magazine has effectively ensured its production plan, publishing an average of 25 news articles per day (up 13% compared to the same period in 2025).

Basically, the magazine's operations are stable, trying to balance income and expenses to support core activities; it properly follows the Charter of the Vietnam Association of Nature Conservation and Environmental Protection, the Press Law, and other state regulations. Thanks to this, the magazine has a fairly large number of visitors. On average, each news article receives about 165,000 views within 24 hours of being published. Notably, the unit has not been reminded by its managing agencies and has avoided any violations of information or errors in journalistic activities.

Along with seriously fulfilling tax obligations to the State, as well as other obligations like management and production costs, making full payments to employees and collaborators without leaving debts… the magazine also promotes activities to carry out communications for the sustainable shrimp farming project with the international organization ActionAid in Vietnam

Although facing quite a few difficulties, over the past six months the Magazine has still managed to complete its assigned tasks and planned activities quite well; strictly complying with legal regulations and the rules of the governing agency in journalism activities, especially in increasing the number of in-depth articles that clarify the specialty nature of a professional Magazine. In particular, recently, the Magazine's leadership has been working to complete the necessary procedures to launch the Party Cell and the Journalists' Association Branch at the office. Based on that, they are promoting media cooperation, launching a peak competition in November, and achieving accomplishments to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the Magazine (November 19, 2021) and the 38th anniversary of the Vietnam Association of Conservation of Nature and Environment (November 26, 1988).
